9月21日，我校六年级近200名学生，首次参加了AMC8（美国数学竞赛---8年级组：美国数学协会面向全球的权威比赛）模拟竞赛。成外附小作为四川省内第一所高端品牌小学试点，学生初次接触全英文版数学试卷。参照去年初二学生竞赛情况，本次模拟参赛学生中40%左右的学生达到获奖水平。充分展示了我校学生在英语阅读和数学能力等方面的良好水平。何助理带领六年级数学组和英语组全体老师，拉开了为孩子们搭建国际平台的序幕。

On September 21st, nearly 200 students of grade six of our school have participated in the AMC8 simulation competition for the first time (American Mathematics Competition Grade 8: American Mathematical Society's authoritative competition for the world). The Primary School Attached to Chengdu Foreign Languages School is the first pilot of high-end primary school of Sichuan Province. Our students contacted with the English version math exam for the first time.
